Any ring that has been sized, chain (bracelet, necklace, anklet, etc. that has been shortened or lengthened
Any item that has been engraved, colored, or set with custom stones.

Custom made items are not available for refund or exchange and down payments are non refundable.
Any item marked AS IS or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

"Most repairs and alterations are guaranteed for up to 60 days, with no guarantees beyond one year, and coverage is limited to the area worked on."
 
Repairs and alterations refer to any item dropped off for service, including but not limited to sizing, cleaning, polishing, soldering, or welding. Guarantees are not available on items marked 'No Guarantee'. Invisible set items are always taken in as 'no guarantee'. Gold plating is not guaranteed for any amount of time, as is generally not something we recommend for most items. Batteries are guaranteed for no longer than 30 days.
